The weather here in Ohio has been sunny and HOT all week. Our community pool is getting some last minute work done to it before it opens for the season. How I long to sit poolside with an ice cold drink! (I will leave what kind to the imagination!) Unfortunately, the beach is a little far away and I seem to be part fish, so I am feeling a little cooped up. Sometimes I wish I could be some where surrounded by the ocean... like Hawaii!

So in spirit of the ocean, friends, food, the hula, leis, coconuts and ukuleles, it's time for a Luau party!

I challenge everyone to create something inspired by the luau!
